Toggle sections on and off: device identity, testing checklist, photos, internal notes, grading, valuation & outcome. Add custom checklist items, set required flags, choose condition source.
Send Packs
Queue for postal pack trade-ins only (excludes email labels). Print packs in batches, track dispatch, manage postal pack inventory.
Receive Devices
Scan or enter tracking numbers to mark devices as received. Status advances automatically. Dashboard tile updates in real time.
Batch Processing
Process multiple devices through testing in one session. Results recorded per device with pass/fail outcomes and notes.
Internal Labels
10 label templates with configurable size (6 presets + custom) and orientation. Auto-scaling content via LabelSizeHelper. Lock labels auto-generated for locked devices.
Threaded Internal Notes
Each note a separate record with author and timestamp. Team communication attached to the trade-in, not buried in email threads.
