It never does — your site keeps accepting bookings, full stop. If you go over your plan's monthly allowance, the extra bookings still come in and get processed exactly like any other trade-in. You can either move up to the next tier (takes effect immediately, no disruption) or pay a small per-booking overage for that month — whichever suits you. We'll flag it in your dashboard so there are no surprises; your customers never see a thing.
We set up your entire platform — branding, device catalogue, pricing structure, email templates, shipping configuration, and payment settings. We also import any existing data you need (customer lists, device catalogues, pricing grids) and make sure everything is working before you go live. The setup fee is £399, waived entirely for founding operators.
Yes. We can import your existing device catalogues, pricing grids, customer records, and historical trade-in data. Simple imports (a price list and device catalogue) are included in the standard setup fee. More complex migrations — such as importing thousands of historical trade-ins from another system or integrating with existing tools — may increase the setup cost. We'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.
The Custom tier — get in touch and we'll quote based on your locations and volume. It's always one flat price across every site you run, never a per-location fee, and it includes exactly the same full platform as every other tier.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get immediate access to the higher booking allowance.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. We're confident you'll stay because the platform works, not because you're locked in.
